Improvement on EVERYTHING!! Again my bank card would not work at a bank branch. Incorrect pin number. It was the correct number. Now, an account connected isn't working. Wait times of 20 minutes or more via phone. No actual tellers working at a TD Bank off of Harbison Ave. One on break and I need to leave the ATM to get someone to get my card and cash out of the ATM. 12 people, a security guard and upper management were working the inside teller area My card could have been shut off. 1 customer service rep in the lobby. Corporate!! Get over yourselves and go to your branches. See how awful your banks are while you are making bank off of customers money. Pay more. A lot more. I'm done....
