I wish there was a 'zero stars' option! I recently called the customer service line and spoke with three different representatives, none of whom truly helped me. The second person I spoke to was working from home in what sounded like a construction zone, and I could barely hear her as she placed me on hold multiple times. I had already confirmed my full account number and the last four digits of my social security number twice through the automated system, yet she still asked for my full credit card number, which I refused to provide. The manager was equally unhelpful and transferred me to another line that led to a dead end after claiming she was sending me to a different department. I've been with this bank longer than they’ve been called TD, and the service has really declined. To add insult to injury, they raised the minimum account balance from $100 to $250 starting this January without any explanation or additional benefits!
