After discovering that the loft cold water storage tank had a leak from a hairline crack, I visited several local plumbers’ merchants to get a replacement with no success. A quick search on line brought up TDL. They had the right size and shape tank in stock and it would be delivered the next day. The reason for the 4 star review is that I didn’t receive the tank until the fifth day. Although Matt, internet sales manager, did apologise, the fault was with their courier. It is now fully operational and is, if anything, better than the original. I would recommend this company.
Ordered a cylinder, came with two DHW outlets, I needed a blanking plug so when I called them they said it’s on their website that this is the case, however, I’d have just put one in the post for me instead of trying to charge an extra £11 for one, went on Amazon had one delivered the next day for £3.Instead of (somewhere on the site) you’ll need a blanking cap either just put one in the delivery or make it a default on checkout.
