I had an extremely frustrating experience. I ordered parts for my vehicle on December 20th, 2025. After a few days, I hadn't received any confirmation regarding the shipment of my order, so I called for an update. I was informed that because it was a special order, it could take up to 20 days. On January 19, 2026, I emailed to inquire about my order but received no response. A few days later, on January 22, 2026, I contacted customer service again. They told me that my order would be sent in the first week of February. Since I had already waited this long, I figured a couple more weeks wouldn't hurt. However, on January 23, 2026, I received an email stating that the projected shipping date was early April 2026. I called customer service again, confused because I had just been told it would be sent in February. The representative couldn't provide an explanation for the discrepancy. I didn't spend $1500 to wait four months for parts for my vehicle. The most disappointing part was when I requested to cancel my order; they seemed indifferent. You would expect them to try to expedite my order, but nothing was done. All I was told was that I would receive an email confirmation for my refund. I plan to purchase the parts directly from a seller in the USA and pay the duties to receive them within 8 days. This was a terrible experience, and I will never engage with them again. Based on my experience, I struggle to understand how they have any positive reviews. I wish better luck to anyone ordering parts; I hope your experience is better than mine.
