Ordered parts that I needed quickly. Seen they were in stock on TDOTS website so I quickly ordered them only to find out it's just a drop shipping company and they are actually coming from New Zealand. I emailed before they shipped to cancel the order and trying to get ahold of someone was almost impossible. TDOT still hasn't sent me shipping info. But the manufacturer I bought them from did. What I needed in 5 days ended up being a month. So buy at your own risk and just know they don't keep stock.
I wanted to upgrade the OEM headlights on my Ford F-150 to a really nice model made by Anzo. TDot Performance are an official dealer for Anzo, and that makes a huge difference. There are a few other companies out there on Amazon or eBay who sell these lights for literally a few dollars less, but they can't offer the support or guarantees of TDot Performance and Anzo USA, so if an issue arises, good luck trying to get any warranty work done with these other companies because Anzo does not support them. TDot Performance are product savvy and very professional. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and I'll certainly be placing more orders with them. If worry-free ordering is important to you, I recommend TDot Performance.
My overall experience with the Customer Service department was absolutely great. I had questions about my purchase , it got answered in no time. I made a warranty claimed and it was dealt with in a very professional way.

I had an extremely frustrating experience. I ordered parts for my vehicle on December 20th, 2025. After a few days, I hadn't received any confirmation regarding the shipment of my order, so I called for an update. I was informed that because it was a special order, it could take up to 20 days. On January 19, 2026, I emailed to inquire about my order but received no response. A few days later, on January 22, 2026, I contacted customer service again. They told me that my order would be sent in the first week of February. Since I had already waited this long, I figured a couple more weeks wouldn't hurt. However, on January 23, 2026, I received an email stating that the projected shipping date was early April 2026. I called customer service again, confused because I had just been told it would be sent in February. The representative couldn't provide an explanation for the discrepancy. I didn't spend $1500 to wait four months for parts for my vehicle. The most disappointing part was when I requested to cancel my order; they seemed indifferent. You would expect them to try to expedite my order, but nothing was done. All I was told was that I would receive an email confirmation for my refund. I plan to purchase the parts directly from a seller in the USA and pay the duties to receive them within 8 days. This was a terrible experience, and I will never engage with them again. Based on my experience, I struggle to understand how they have any positive reviews. I wish better luck to anyone ordering parts; I hope your experience is better than mine.
It's fantastic to have a Canadian option, especially with the high costs of importing from the USA. This company offers many top brands! The customer service was excellent; I had numerous questions while purchasing expensive parts, and the support team addressed all my inquiries to ensure I selected the right product. I will certainly recommend this service and purchase from them again! Thank you!
I am quite let down by the service. I've ordered from them before without any issues. However, this time they informed me that my package would take longer than expected, providing two different potential arrival dates. I reached out twice via phone, sent three emails, and contacted them through their website, but I never received a response.
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered floor mats and headlights for my late father’s truck, hoping to have everything ready by his birthday in November. The floor mats arrived in a few weeks and the service was initially good, but the headlights took 1.5 months to update. I was informed they were back-ordered with no ETA, and after looking for alternatives, I was told the new headlights were in stock. However, I received no response after confirming my interest. After waiting over 5 business days, I decided to cancel the order and have my husband re-order the headlights elsewhere. I’m really frustrated with the lack of communication, especially since I had heard good things before. This has taken away my chance to make my dad's truck special for his birthday.
