Less than one star if I had a choice!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! What a complete disaster from start to finish!! No continuity between actual service, billing and technical help! The absolute WORST customer service in the entire world!!! This company is a complete JOKE!! If you are researching internet providers, stay as far away as possible!!!! Unfortunately they are the only provider for my location and I am completely appalled by the way they conduct business!!! RUN away as fast as you can!!!!
