Have you been to Egypt and tried Telecom Egypt's Air WIFI 4G service? and they called the company WE, not sure Why!I had the misfortune of using it for a few months while I was there, and it was a complete disaster.The internet connection was highly unstable, and the speeds were painfully slow. It was impossible to rely on for work or leisure activities. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was terrible. The representatives were unhelpful and unsympathetic, providing no solutions to the issues customers were facing.What was really frustrating was that the service was overpriced for the terrible quality of the internet connection and the poor customer service. It's really disappointing that such a large telecom company could offer such a subpar service.If you're planning a trip to Egypt and looking for a reliable and affordable internet service provider, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
