I setup a subscription with them for nearly £95 a month which included a rather indulgent amount of tea but I was so enthusiastic. The first order arrived and the tea was beautiful so I continued the subscription. Unfortunately they have now taken 3 further payments from my account and all 3 of those orders have failed to arrive. September, October and November orders all failed to arrive. I've tried to contact them multiple times and been ignored. I can't cancel the subscription as they've left no way of doing so. You have to email support but support never answers. There's no phone number and my bank won't step in and help recover the money lost. Somebody stop these scammers please. I'm 75 years old and don't know how to get this made right!
