I've been trying to buy their chocolate latte powders online for 3 months now but they only offer one flavour. Ive messaged them several times but just get robbed off with some crap about them moving warehouse, which if you check their social media they've already done this! Therefore I just cant trust them. Its a shame because if they stocked more online they could make a killing, but obviously cant be bothered to be transparent about what is going on.
I failed to see the recent reviews about Tea and the Gang,so I paid and waited for the order to arrive. Eventually my email was responded to by the company owner who stated “false information was circulating about them going bust. You can view this information online if you google.The items never arrived and no refund issued. I had to contact my bank about the transaction.

I order various teas. They haven’t been delivered. And to make matters worse, they don’t respond to emails. So now I don’t have the teas that I have paid for and they have kept my money.I wonder if the firm has gone bankrupt and they haven’t the decency to tell their customers.
I setup a subscription with them for nearly £95 a month which included a rather indulgent amount of tea but I was so enthusiastic. The first order arrived and the tea was beautiful so I continued the subscription. Unfortunately they have now taken 3 further payments from my account and all 3 of those orders have failed to arrive. September, October and November orders all failed to arrive. I've tried to contact them multiple times and been ignored. I can't cancel the subscription as they've left no way of doing so. You have to email support but support never answers. There's no phone number and my bank won't step in and help recover the money lost. Somebody stop these scammers please. I'm 75 years old and don't know how to get this made right!
This company is Ceased to Trade but Shopify are giving them a platform to continue taking money for on line orders. Have contacted Shopify but they say it’s my problem speak to the retailer. DO NOT ORDER from them, note Shopify offers no consumer protection.
Was due to be back at work for 10:15. Was stood at the till at 10, waiting to give my order. Guy completely ignored me and walked past, then asked the other people behind me to pay who had been waiting for their food, so they pushed right in front of me. I didn't want anything cooking, just wanted to pay for a packet of sweets. 15 minutes passed, still being ignored, I was smiling at the guys taking orders to try initiate some sort of acknowledgement. Got to 10:15, I put it back, and left. I get theyre busy, but I just needed someone to let me pay.
