Love the bag, love my name on it. It is big and will hold all of my stuff. Biggest down side is that because it is large I will have to make an effort to not let things collect in it.I also liked the frequent communication as to the status on receiving my bag. Sometimes when ordering from new sites, I worry that is a scam and I will never receive the merchandise. Because of all of the communication, I didn't worry about the bag comming.
