Feb 16,2026, I placed an order for two flashlights for $44. The order was confirmed the same day. On Feb 22 I received a notice that the shipment was on its way. I used the provided tracking number to watch the shipping status. Some of the shipping status was in Chinese (I think) and there was no information of progress. It has been that way every time I check the shipping status. I have sent notices to the company, no responses yet.
Ordered two metal flashlights on 2-4-26 but was billed for three. Two were delivered on 2-20-26 but were plastic and did not match the advertised product.Seller also added a third item to the order and charged for it but did not send it.Contact was made with teachabags and they responded at first but have stopped communicating and has refused to give a shipping location where to return the product.They also advise not to return the product to the address is was sent from. Appears clearly appears to be a scam. Do not buy flashlights from this company.
yesterday 2-19-2026 your co, charged m cc #1- 2 times for $24.97=$49.94 #2- 2 times for $125.38 =$250.76 #3- 2 times for $145.38 = $290.76 #4- 1 time $120.41 total $711.87 this must be corrected you know my name and card # i expect this to be corrected by this coming Monday.or be prepared for a law suit my card was disabled due to you people. this causes me big problems. this was done thru paypal from rainbowpick (seller)all charges.
I ordered a flashlight for $24.99 and at the end of my order, 2 more flashlights and a flashlight holder were added to my order for a total of $78.93!! I contacted customer service by phone and email and have received nothing but canned responses. This is Fraudulent behavior and I will be following up with every avenue I have available to me. By the way, did you know you can use new AI tools to blast reviews and other information all over the internet? Day and night? For years you’d like? Isn’t technology amazing?

Your ad says the flashlight produces 990,000 lumens. No led can produce that. What is the power source to make that much light. It would probably burn up from the heat. Do a search on the web for a flashlight that can produce 990,000 lumens. This is false advertising at its worse.
I ordered a flashlight today from your company. During checkout my order came to a total of $30.98. However my credit card company sent me an email notification of a purchase of $38.73 that you charged me. What is going on? Where and what is this extra cost going for?! I also received an email confimation from you where I can view my order summary that includes a purchase of $30.98. But through my crsdit card accout I am charged $38.73. I have already notified my credit card company to dipute the charge. To make matters worse, the emails listed to contact you are not working. I sent two emails to two contact emails listed by you service@teachabags and cs@teachabags. Both emails returned to me by Gmail stating the email address could not be found or is unable to receive mail. I do not not how you can do business this way but you will not get my payment if I am not refunded promptly, my credit card company will dipute the charges and not pay you. Horrible way to do business sneaking in some fraudulant charge and the means to contact you listed are non workimg emails.
