This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental agency. They were consistently unresponsive and failed to take responsibility for multiple issues. For example, the flat had no Wi-Fi for a period of time, despite the contract clearly stating that it was included.They also attempted to charge us for their own oversights. A pipe under the sink was broken for months, and instead of fixing it promptly, they billed us for the resulting water usage.To make matters worse, they have still not returned our deposit, despite a signed agreement confirming it should be refunded. Legal action is now underway to recover the funds.
