Horrible experience. I won’t even go into the extra charges and the issues we faced while renting a room through this agency. What’s unacceptable is that I’ve been trying to get my deposit back for three months now. Communication is extremely poor — they are unresponsive, dismissive, and keep pushing us off with promises that the money will come “next week,” which never happens.
Pure scam. They delete their google reviews every now and then to lure people in.Why it's a scam:- They take an agency fee, illegal according to Ley 12/2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda.- Every month and according to what is stated in the contract, they ask tenants to pay extra for excess use of utilities. However, they are sometimes unable to provide the invoices proving the excess amount, or the calculations they made for the prorata. This amount can sometimes be an extra 70 euros per month, DO NOT PAY IT!- They cut off internet in our flat for about 2 weeks becasue they wanted to change provider, which breaks the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU) since it was on their own initiative.- According to the contract, you have to send an email at least 1 month before you leave the flat or you won't get your deposit back. Even if you do so, like I did, they don't do any check-in when you enter the room and when you leave tell you that you damaged the room and won't give it back to you in full. My contract ended over 3 months ago, and they are still "processing" the payment.If you have been scammed by this company:1. Threaten them by email of sending them a Burofax + deposition with Consumo Madrid.2. Send a Burofax (30 euros)3. Complain with Consumo Madrid (free)They WILL scam you if they can, so respond firmly with legal measures.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental agency. They were consistently unresponsive and failed to take responsibility for multiple issues. For example, the flat had no Wi-Fi for a period of time, despite the contract clearly stating that it was included.They also attempted to charge us for their own oversights. A pipe under the sink was broken for months, and instead of fixing it promptly, they billed us for the resulting water usage.To make matters worse, they have still not returned our deposit, despite a signed agreement confirming it should be refunded. Legal action is now underway to recover the funds.

My experience with this agency has been terrible. I rented a room in Barcelona from September until March 2025, and according to the contract, my deposit should have been refunded within 30 days of moving out. That deadline has long passed — and I still haven’t received a cent.What’s even worse is the complete lack of communication. Since March 25th, Giulia Iliev, the person supposedly handling my case, has gone completely silent. I’ve reached out several times, but my messages have been ignored. And now, she’s blocked me on every platform and even deletes the comments I leave on Instagram.At this point, it’s almost entertaining to keep calling them out. It’s not really about the €500 anymore — I hope that amount won’t change my life — but I refuse to let them win by disappearing and hoping I’ll give up. I probably won’t ever see that money again. I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow claim it was never paid. But if there’s one thing I can do, it’s make sure I’m remembered as the most annoyingly persistent client they’ve ever had — especially by Giulia.If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy, and responsive agency, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
SCAM!They are not giving me back the deposit, lying about the length of the contract, the house at d'Ariosto is filled with cockroaches for months already, the management is incredibly rude and feels like they are being forced to work there: replying rarely, not helping with anything. Lied about the situation in the house and the amount of tenants too. Disgusting. DO NOT RENT.

Desde el principio, la ventilación hacía un ruido insoportable y no funcionaba bien. Lo comuniqué, pero no les importó en absoluto.
