I have recently made my second order with tealyra with order no 410810. Both the tea and service was good but reading responses from tealyra on Trustpilot has left me gobsmacked! You need to engage a social media person to be responding to customer complaints online because the responses given here come across as rude and intimidating and confirms peoples’ complaint about poor quality customer services. Some points raised by some customers also are very valid. I also only wondered why you only have positive reviews on your website. Rather than ignore such very valid comments and attack customers who you feel aren’t honest, give a more balanced response to reviews on Trustpilot.
