Accidentally booked for the wrong day, called the callcentre straight up, speak to an agent and she after some discussion agrees that I can get a refund.A call back from the agent 10 minutes later and they change their mind. Actually we wont refund you. We will offer you a credit.I ask to speak to a manager to be told that 'they don't speak to customers'I clearly tell the agent that I will be making a complaint to my bank and to the company as she cant possibly call me back having changed her mind.Awful awful business to deal with...When I start to record the call (as they record mine) she ends the call saying that I am not allowed.Dont give these people your money, its going towards the worst possible company morals.Shame I never got to tell them that the reason it was booked on the wrong date was dyslexia in one of the party. A disability. They couldnt care less.
