After many years of being a loyal (as well as a courteous and rule-abiding) customer, I suddenly got an email after our last session saying "we regret to inform you that a Formal Warning has been issued to you regarding your conduct at our Watford circuit". Not only had I done nothing wrong, but as per usual I hadn't even received any warnings or black flags. I was just racing in a family session with my son. Their officious, patronising email provided no details, no evidence of any wrongdoing, and went on to tell me how I'm not allowed to call them to discuss it, and if I want to appeal then it has to be via email. I did so, and weeks later they haven't ordained to reply.How dare anyone treat their customers with such discourtesy and disresepect. Until they retract it, and apologise, they have lost mine and my extended family's business.
