I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as they have unfortunately ruined my son's upcoming birthday. I made full payment in their BASILDON branch, and at the time, there was no mention of their refund policy. My son later changed his mind and decided he no longer wanted the race, so we requested a refund more than two months in advance.However, the company refused to return the £539.57 we paid. Their lack of flexibility and transparency has been extremely disappointing.
