Me and my son have been twice before and loved it but last week we didn't have the greatest experience (no fault of team sport karting team) this was due to other participants not listening crashing mucking around. Which we were constant reds the whole evening and once finished we left very deflated and annoyed. I emailed the customer care team and explained events to which a had a rapid reply apologising (once again not there fault) that we didn't have a great experience and have offered 2x vouchers for us to return again which I'm very happy with and so will my son. This matter was dealt with very quickly by the team. Thankyou.
