The website is super difficult to book anything under, nothing makes sense, I asked an agent to help me which was quite helpful and I booked a slot for around 8:30ish in Hull for Thursday 23rd October . Unfortunately when I got there, they informed me that it was booked under adult slots and I had 3 children with me and they didn’t have any junior slots this evening which is fine and I can accept.I have then asked for a refund so I can take my nephew else where for his birthday, they have refused this and state they have a no refund policy. I explained that I have children that have a birthday and need something doing tonight for him at another place or the following week somewhere else as we won’t be in hull , the manager at the time stating she has spoken to the general manager in Hull which I think is called “Harleen” not too sure and apparently GM said no, no refund and that even if I wanted my money back I wouldn’t have it for 5 to 10 days so what difference does it make to me. The difference it makes is that I have 3 children and you are refusing a service and refusing to give me back £100 in cash so I can use elsewhere especially in this economy and I found it rude that the GM said “well even if you got refunded, you couldn’t use the money else where as it would take a few days to go back to your back” shame on you for talking about how I should manage my money and ruining a little boys birthday. I was really disappointed, birthday boy was visibly upset in the car even though he was trying to hide it. It’s a shame that this is an entertainment company and they really could have easily accommodated me and gave me my money back so I could take the children else where for their birthday but no, Harleen couldn’t care less or the staff. I really don’t recommend this place.
