I would have chosen -10 if it was possible - 1 star is too much for TeamSport KartingAbsolutely terrible customer service. We had to reduce our group from 14 to 12 people and they flat-out refused to refund us for the two seats we didn’t use. On top of that, their website failed to apply the 10% discount that was clearly advertised, and when I queried this, I was told the best they could do was offer a credit.This feels like nothing more than a money grab. Instead of working with their customers, they hide behind rigid policies and leave you out of pocket.Save yourself the hassle and frustration – don’t make the mistake of dealing with this company.
