If I could give zero stars, I would. For the second time recently, my essential medication is stuck in a depot instead of being delivered to my home. They continually miss delivery dates, and their phone support is ineffective, making it nearly impossible to reach a representative. When I finally manage to connect via live chat, I simply receive the same tracking information I already have. They won't provide location details for parcels in depots and refuse to allow customers to pick up items themselves. Updates and real-time tracking are non-existent. I'm left waiting without my medication again and receiving no assistance. I've reported this company to the relevant authorities. It's hard to understand how they still operate or how they are chosen for deliveries. Avoid them if you can and opt for a different service.
