Review Time
A “Sorry We Missed You” card was left in my letterbox on 25 February 2025. The tracking number on the card is invalid and produces an error message when entered online.
I contacted the online Chat service and spoke with a representative who confirmed that the tracking number was invalid. As a result, she was unable to provide any assistance.
I find this situation extremely frustrating and wholly unacceptable. It demonstrates poor attention to detail and a lack of accountability within the delivery process. It gives the impression that smaller customers are simply dismissed because we lack the scale or influence of larger clients.
My package has been sitting in a warehouse in regional Victoria for 4 days with zero activity. I contacted them by email to be told it would be delivered the next day. Checked next morning and it’s still sitting in same location. Call them to be told it’s due to a large number of deliveries and will be delivered Monday. So pack will take 10 days to travel 93km in the same state. I will never use this company my self and will strongly urge any company I deal with to find a better delivery service. If I could give a minus 5 star rating, I would.
I'm only giving one star, because less than that is impossible.
Three deliveries this year, and they dropped the latest off, after over 2 weeks of it sitting in Toowoomba, no contact, and they dropped it off at a chemist nowhere near us, that is a 160 km round trip for me to drive to go and get.
Same with the other two packages- even further and stupid locations an hour or more away.
I would have collected it from the Toowoomba depot if I'd known they were this hopeless, but that takes 3 days to approve.

Absaloutely terrible company, would not use this guys ever again, and if your a supplier using these guys, be prepared for your clients to be very very angry. It wouldve bern quicker, more efficiant and less of a headache to drive from victoria to NSW to pick up my parcel instead of yousing this useless company
Completely inadequate service with no support, no management oversight, and overseas call centers. This delivery service is the least effective I've encountered. Charged $150 for delivery, only for them to refuse service to my area. I've never experienced a successful delivery with them. The customer service teams are ineffective, with representatives providing no assistance.
I would give zero stars if possible. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company. My air conditioner is still not delivered, and it's been 16 days. I had to redirect the order because it was so delayed, and since my holiday ended, I had to return to work, informing them that our office hours are 7-4. Once again, they failed to show up. I seriously doubt I will ever receive my product. There seems to be no way to lodge a formal complaint. I will never purchase from a company that employs such untrustworthy practices again. I'm very dissatisfied.
Extremely disappointing courier service - there seems to be a lack of honesty either from the driver or the customer support team. The automated system informed me that the package couldn't be left unattended, while the support team claimed the driver missed the delivery window. One of them is definitely not truthful, and it appears both just created excuses.

They consistently miss the promised delivery dates, and their phone service is ineffective; it feels like you have to shout to even get placed on hold, where no one answers. When I finally reach someone through live chat, they only provide the same tracking details I can see in my email. They refuse to share the location of parcels in depots and do not allow customers to pick up their items. There are no updates or real-time tracking available. I'm once again left waiting without my medication and with no help. I've reported this company to the relevant authorities. This service is a complete joke (even other providers can do better), and I am genuinely confused about how they are still operational. Avoid them if you can. Choose a different service if possible.

My package was marked as delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. Instead of simply bringing it into the reception area of my building, they left it who knows where. This has resulted in a significant loss for me, and it's incredibly frustrating.
