I would give no stars if possible. For the second time recently, my medication for my chronic illness is stuck in a depot instead of being delivered to my home. They consistently miss the promised delivery dates, and their phone service is ineffective; it feels like you have to shout to even get placed on hold, where no one answers. When I finally reach someone through live chat, they only provide the same tracking details I can see in my email. They refuse to share the location of parcels in depots and do not allow customers to pick up their items. There are no updates or real-time tracking available. I'm once again left waiting without my medication and with no help. I've reported this company to the relevant authorities. This service is a complete joke (even other providers can do better), and I am genuinely confused about how they are still operational. Avoid them if you can. Choose a different service if possible.
