I ordered from ProStandard on August 31st as a gift for a birthday. The order was processed quickly, but despite paying $9.95 for shipping, the package isn’t scheduled to arrive until September 16th — over two weeks later — for an item shipping from New York to West Virginia.This was extremely disappointing. A gift meant for a special occasion will now arrive far too late, and the slow shipping time for the cost charged is unacceptable.I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable explanation or at least a refund of the shipping fee. They continued to tell me that my order would arrive on the 16th and that shipping is 10-15 days and all orders are shipped the same, which is a lie.
