If I could give negative stars I would. Beware that this site will not honor returns like they claim. We ordered 5 items to try different sizes, kept 3 of the items and returned 2. Never worn, tags attached, still have the creases in them from being folded in the shipping bags and still in their original bags. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping, then they tell me that my return was denied, and sent photos of the items as "proof" that the item had a small dot stain on it - which it did not because I have the photos that they make you take before a return with the items in perfect condition. It looks like they splashed water on it or something just to take a photo to make it look like a stain which it didn't have. As an ecommerce business owner myself, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.

2/13 recieved a jacket i ordered from pro standard for $320 listed as $360 it was listed as Leather. Immediately the feel of it made me check the tags. The tags say polyester and polyurethane. So 2 days later I email about a return. We go back and forth for a total of about 11 emails because they want me to pay shipping! They say my complaint falls under "customer preference" not wrong item shipped. Come to find out all of their items are the same material. Now if it said faux leather it would be my mistake. But nothing in their description said what materials or faux. In fact there's no mater in description at all. Ive bout hats and shirts from them before and their fine. So I trusted them and its not a small company. So that was my mistake they mislead me and want me to ship in back but won't give me a label. I filed a claim with my cc company
Tried to return an unworn hoodie ($110). The hoodie photos on the website did not accurately portray the garment. Neither of my sons liked it! It had very "shiny" elements and decals that were not evident on the website. So the hoodie WAS NEVER WORN AND HAD ALL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT!! I had to send them photos, etc. in order for them to "approve the return", which they did. I then shipped it back to them via UPS ($16.97!!) and then they informed me that they would not refund me! Horrible horrible customer service. Long story short, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will NEVER shop with them again!!!
They do not accept returns or exchanges. They say they do on their website, but they just ignore you in emails. I don’t believe they have any actual inventory. This is a drop shipping website. This is why a lot of people are reporting their items have not shipped yet, because some items they must source before shipping. I’ve been ghosted just for wanting an exchange.
Great products and HORRIBLE service! Ordered a beautiful Minnesota Twins varsity jacket that unfortunately arrived much smaller than advertised. Simply trying to exchange it for a larger size while still receiving the introductory 10% discount was a nightmare that literally turned out to be impossible to accomplish. They don't have a phone number or an interactive chat so you have to communicate via email. And four times in a row their return emails completely ignored critical points included in my inquires. I finally gave up and decided to just return the jacket. I then had to exchange an additional half dozen emails and send them several photos just to get approved for a return. And then they don't send you a return label or provide a bulk shipping rate so it cost me $30 simply to return one jacket from Minneapolis to New York. I loved the jacket, but will NEVER do business with these clowns again!
If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order 12 days before Christmas with the shipping saying “arrives before Christmas“. My package sat with a pre shipping label and didn’t ship until 2 days before christmas and will not arrive until after Christmas. emailed customer service and no response.
Their shipping and handling sucks Neither company knows where my package is between dhl e-commerce, usps, & PRO STANDARD delivery time says 5-7 days lies can’t speak with anybody from pro standard dhl redirects me back to pro standard smh
