I entered into an agreement with the service and, regrettably, my experience was unsatisfactory. The app is not user-friendly and doesn't meet my needs; who has time to weigh pans? I signed up after being persistently contacted, and when I explicitly asked if the app was similar to another service, I was assured it was, which it clearly isn't—this becomes evident only after signing up. When problems occurred, I followed their complaints procedure and sought independent advice, but the company chose not to engage further or explore resolution options, even closing my complaint without my confirmation. Once they have your direct debit details, that's it. While they have the right to uphold their terms, I found their approach to be quite inflexible. I've reported the situation to trading standards after receiving guidance, and it doesn't surprise me that others have done the same. I cannot recommend this service and would advise others to steer clear.
