Complete scam!! I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription to help with weight loss after an illness. I quickly realized the app wasn't suitable for my condition. I reached out via email and WhatsApp to request a cancellation, as there was no option to do so through the app or website. The response I received was clearly automated and mentioned that I had committed to a minimum of 12 MONTHS and had waived my right to a 14-day cooling-off period. These terms were buried in the conditions, specifically clause 3.8.2, as I was informed. After requesting to cancel, I was presented with two options: 1. Pay the full annual subscription in one go. 2. Pay the full annual subscription in monthly installments. The response concluded with a statement that no further assistance would be provided. What a scam!! Concealing crucial details in the terms and conditions is clearly this 'business's' tactic. It's trapping individuals who are trying to improve their lives and adding unnecessary stress. Disgusting methods and outright theft. STEER CLEAR. Previous complaints upheld by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) haven't stopped this dubious company from using deceptive practices.
