However, we were still charged for the full year, with no genuine effort to address the situation or provide a fair adjustment. There was a lack of accountability, transparency, and any attempt to rectify the issue. This seems like a service more focused on locking customers into long-term payments rather than fulfilling promises made during the sales pitch. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before making a commitment. Ensure that everything promised in the demo is documented clearly — otherwise, you might end up paying for a product that fails to deliver.
