Very disappointing experience with the service

My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. The customer support was lacking throughout the process, and the product did not match what was demonstrated at all. We were promised features that were simply missing once we began using it. After realizing it wasn't suitable, we stopped using it in under a month. However, we were still charged for the full year, with no genuine effort to address the situation or provide a fair adjustment. There was a lack of accountability, transparency, and any attempt to rectify the issue. This seems like a service more focused on locking customers into long-term payments rather than fulfilling promises made during the sales pitch. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before making a commitment. Ensure that everything promised in the demo is documented clearly — otherwise, you might end up paying for a product that fails to deliver.

This seems like a service more focused on locking customers into long-term payments than delivering on their sales promises. I would strongly recommend others to think carefully before committing. Account deletion is a hassle...

Deleting an account from the web application is quite a hassle; it requires multiple steps, and support must be contacted to remove the account after a review, which is quite ridiculous.

Too many ads now!

The app itself is fine, but there are just way too many advertisements popping up at the most inconvenient times. It's honestly quite annoying. Additionally, there’s a frequent prompt asking me to sign up for paid coaching services, which I don’t need as a parent.

Password recovery issues

I forgot my password. Both the ‘send magic link’ and password reset options send a link to my email that indicates it has expired, regardless of how quickly I click on it. There seems to be absolutely no way to contact support that I can find in the app or on their website. The FAQs are unhelpful. It’s clear they don’t want to address issues when something goes wrong.

Nostalgia for simpler methods...

Being older, I remember when things weren’t all app-based and how the traditional methods were often much faster and more efficient. If you print out a schedule and hand it to parents, they can post it and check it in about a tenth of the time it takes to use the service. Filling out the list of games and practices on the platform takes much longer than just printing or emailing a schedule. The only reason I use this service is that my club requires it.

The platform is full of bugs and advertisements, making it honestly terrible! I really don’t understand how teams continue to use this system.

Frustrating experience with account management

What a frustrating experience! I was added to a household, and after joining, I couldn’t see anything. While using the web app on my computer, I found myself in an endless loop of being unable to delete my account.

Beware of this service!

Beware — this service is the worst, and the customer support is even worse. Teams disappear, accounts get mixed up, and logging in is a hassle. The only assistance is through email, which takes 3 or more days for a reply. I waited 10 days and received a generic response about what I should try (which I had already done). I replied and waited another 5 days for another unhelpful suggestion. There is absolutely no customer service. They don’t care if it works or if you can find your children's team information, emails, or chats. I urge everyone to consider other platforms. This one is terrible.
