Teamson Customer Care Did Not Give Up on Helping Me!

I had an issue that unfortunately came about just as Teamson purchased another company that I had worked with for several years on a wholesale basis. After sending pictures, etc., I had received permission from the proper employee of the previous company, to send back a number of small items that I felt were defective. I did so, and spoke with her after she received the items. She okayed the request for refund and indicated that I would shortly receive a specified amount (the price I had paid the the items) within several days time. The refund didn't come. I tried to call this employee, but received no answer; I left messages, but they were not returned. Weeks later I found out that Teamson had acquired the company that I had the agreement for refund with, and that the employee I had been working with was no longer there; furthermore, they knew nothing of my situation. Luckily I had kept all the paperwork on everything that had happened...even emails back and forth that explained the situation. It was at this point the Teamson Customer Care stepped in and became my advocate. They carefully read all of the information I had kept and were able to follow what had happened between myself and the company they had acquired. They put in motion a request for me to receive the agreed upon refund. This request was not the end of the problem...although Teamson's Customer Care requested (and eventually got verification) that Teamson's Accounting Department had agreed to send the refund, it didn't come. They patiently waited, along with me, month after month...for more than six months. I am aware that they were not just waiting...but were bringing up the issue with the other department over and over again. Well, the good news is that with their help (and my patience)...in the end, I was compensated fairly (for the full amount I was owed) and the matter is resolved. I have now received my first order with Teamson...and I am happy to be able to work with them! Thanks to Teamson Customer Care, I am a happy wholesale customer!
