I ordered a solar fountain from Wayfair and after 45 days, the on/off button on the back of the solar panel went bad. Teamson as the manufacturer, replaced the solar panel at no charge. The communication with their Customer Service was exceptional. Very responsive and easy to work with by email. Will not be afraid to purchase products by Teamson in the future. Thank you
Purchased a small cabinet with a glass door. As I was putting it together, I accidentally broke one of the components. I contacted Teamson and they requested more detail and photos, which I provided. They checked inventory and shipped me the replacement panel immediately. Great customer service and very quick response.
I must admit we were a little nervous about buying the table because the price was so amazing. Even though it’s not marble, you can't tell. It’s not too heavy and was very easy to put together. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable yet beautiful piece for your home. It shipped very quickly and we received it in a couple of days.
I bought a Teamson doll stroller about 5 years ago. After nearly daily use by 2 granddaughters, the stroller is still in great shape but the front wheel recently came loose and a critical part was lost. I contacted Customer Care, hoping that I might be able to purchase a replacement part. They responded to my email within an hour and sent a replacement part at no charge, even though the stroller is years out of warranty. My granddaughters are thrilled to have their doll stroller back, and I will be happy to buy more Teamson products!
