Yesterday while at Hunstanton my friend's car broke down. She got in touch with Green Flag who then told her Tears Recovery would assist. A man arrived an hour later in a little van had a look at the car and told us we would need a Recovery truck. We wasn't best pleased with his response to our questions as he offered no help or support for us, as we are OAP'S. He left telling me that the truck would drop me off at Kings Lynn and for me to get the train home as they were not allowed to go anywhere only to the one address. I told him that I would be happy to be dropped off at my friends house. He then told us a truck would be on its way in another hour and left. The Recovery truck arrived and the chap who assisted us was completely different from our first awful encounter. He couldn't have been more helpful. What a breath of fresh air to have a young man who helped us in and out of the truck plus made sure we were ok. His name was Tom Martin a credit to Tesrs Recovery as he went above and beyond.
