Yesterday while at Hunstanton my friend's car broke down. She got in touch with Green Flag who then told her Tears Recovery would assist. A man arrived an hour later in a little van had a look at the car and told us we would need a Recovery truck. We wasn't best pleased with his response to our questions as he offered no help or support for us, as we are OAP'S. He left telling me that the truck would drop me off at Kings Lynn and for me to get the train home as they were not allowed to go anywhere only to the one address. I told him that I would be happy to be dropped off at my friends house.
He then told us a truck would be on its way in another hour and left. The Recovery truck arrived and the chap who assisted us was completely different from our first awful encounter. He couldn't have been more helpful. What a breath of fresh air to have a young man who helped us in and out of the truck plus made sure we were ok. His name was Tom Martin a credit to Tesrs Recovery as he went above and beyond.

Having broken down in Swaffham the RAC asked Tears to recover us to Merseyside . We had the most amazing , kind young man who took us home. I’m pretty sure his name was Kyle . Can’t thank him enough and even stopped at the services so we could use the toilets and stretch our legs . An asset to your company . Many thanks
We broke down in Norfolk and with our breakdown, tears recovery helped us out. We had Dylan who came to collect the car and caravan on the campsite. Dylan was absolutely outstanding, especially in a time will you feel stressed he was so friendly and reassuring, even making us all laugh 😂 Drove to us in Kelling Heath all the way to Nottinghamshire. And even helped us to put the caravan in its usual place. We could not thank him enough. Give this man a pay rise for sure 😂 he absolutely deserves it. Going above and beyond!!!
Appalling, disgusting way to treat people. I WILL NEVER use Tears Of Sutton Bridge ever again. Took car it in for an MOT and was told it had failed and asked them to fix the issues which they started doing and after 2 weeks of it being stuck in their Workshop, were received a call from them to say 2 Catalytic Convertors would need to be fitted and even then after they were fitted, there was no guarantee it would fix the problem and the cost for the repair would be a couple of thousand. We decided not to bother with the repair as too costly but we were given an eye watering bill for the work they had already carried out and a car that we cannot use. I have since been told by a few people that the problem with the Catalytic Convertors should have been picked up at the beginning of the MOT. We have been SO RIPPED OFF
Broke down on way to our holiday had truck pick us up in 20 mins took us to their garage where they diagnosed and rectified the fault we were offered a car to use while they were fixing the van but declined and went to the pub for dinner great service friendly and great customer service if yr in the area and have problems make these guys yr first choice
Our car wouldn't start so we assumed it was a dead battery so tried to jump start it with no luck and had it on charge for 10mins from another car but no luck. As it had electric hand break we couldn't push or tow it either so with that we required a recovery truck and there wasn't any availability in our area so we tried Tears who were 30miles away. Having read the reviews I was nervous especially when you have to pay upfront of £165, however the recovery truck did arrive 2 hours later then the time the office said so in total we waited 3 hours but he was a lovely guy and confirmed it was a dead battery and the jump leads we had wasn't strong enough, we'd have needed to put it on charge for over 30mins or need an electric charger in future to give it a good volt of electric. But he got the car started and it's been fine since. Thanks.
