I bought a prebuilt PC for $1500 from a seller in November 2024, only to find out less than a year later that it contained outdated hardware that can't upgrade to the latest operating system. When I contacted support, they acknowledged the issue but wanted me to pay for shipping both ways for an upgrade that shouldn't have been necessary. I ended up replacing the outdated parts myself just to make it usable. Now, they are ignoring my requests for a partial refund. Selling obsolete hardware at full price and then neglecting customer service is unacceptable; I cannot recommend this seller.
