As someone who rarely writes reviews, I must say this experience was disappointing. I purchased a gaming setup for my son through a retailer, opting for a refurbished model thinking it would be a good way to learn on something less advanced. It arrived well-packaged, but when I plugged it in, the screen remained blank... The PC showed a warning and then nothing. I tried contacting the support team (toll-free), but the calls rarely connect, and when they do, they drop after a few rings. Emails went unanswered, leaving me frustrated. The retailer's customer service completely disclaimed responsibility, stating it was a reseller issue and they couldn't reach out to the support team. Incredibly, they even suggested I contact the original manufacturer! Currently, the setup is with a local repair shop, and I'm awaiting news on the issue. I strongly advise exercising caution, as this is your hard-earned money at stake.
