received my pro max 14 case 7 days ago . the on off switch fell out making use of the case impossible. Having purchased direct from tech 21 i wrote to them providing purchase order details and pics of case and damage as requested had requests the next day to send the same info again and prove i had purchased the item.Terrible customer support. don’t bother thinking you are paying for quality and will get good customer support if you buy direct. It is not the case.
