Firstly to be fair, I have ordered cases over the years for my iPhone 15 and now my 17, and both arrived within a few days and are great quality. However, I emailed customer service a week ago, and still haven't received a response.The auto email say they will respond with 48hrs or slightly longer during busy times. In this day an age, rather than sales be the forefront, it needs to go hand in hand with great customer service as well.Whoever reads this in the business need to think about investing in more staffing and probably start thinking about upgrading your business tools. There should be a number for customers to call and speak to agents, online should include online chats, and other methods where we as customers can get hold of someone! It's really annoying when companies make it difficult for customers to reach them, always a red flag that one. No need take the time to reply here, pls just reply to my ticket 203421, thx
