I've used Tech21 cases for years and overall they have been good. Notably I never bought direct from Tech21. This time around I ordered a Tech21 case and screen protector for Iphone 17Pro Max which were both marked as in stock when I ordered and available for delivery in 3-5 days , well in time for the arrival of my new Iphone 17 Pro Max. Subsequently, the case was marked on the Tech21 website as no longer available and the order just sat there unfulfilled. Contacting Tech21 as other posters have noted is difficult (and one suspects this is a deliberate decision by the company) I eventually got a reply saying the order would ship but by this time I had purchased another case from a different more reliable supplier. I then emailed asking to cancel the order - no response. Today I have received the case and screen protector(nearly three weeks after ordering) and now I have to go through the returns process where you need to get RMA details from Tech21 by submitting a ticket which on past record will be ignored. Classic example of how customer support or lack of it can reflect badly on a company and lose customers.
