However, I received a notification from the courier stating that the shipment was damaged and that I should contact the seller directly.I reached out via the “Contact Us” page on their website and also followed up with an email. I received an automated response saying they would reply within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week with no further communication. It’s been 8 business days since I placed the order, and I still haven’t received a response or any update on the issue.
