Dear Sir, I bought a Samsung phone in Sept 2025 from I Tech.
For some reason, it was locked, I took it back to I Tech in Leamingtonon 16th of Feb as it was under warranty, the staff asked us to leave it to him for 3 hours. When we returned, he asked us to come back in 4 days till another staff returned.
I was waiting for important alert in medical appointments which left me feeling pretty anxious. I then took it to another company, paid for phone repair cost, problem was solved.
I felt some more help could have been made. Disappointing service to say the least.
