Dear Sir, I bought a Samsung phone in Sept 2025 from I Tech.
For some reason, it was locked, I took it back to I Tech in Leamingtonon 16th of Feb as it was under warranty, the staff asked us to leave it to him for 3 hours. When we returned, he asked us to come back in 4 days till another staff returned.
I was waiting for important alert in medical appointments which left me feeling pretty anxious. I then took it to another company, paid for phone repair cost, problem was solved.
I felt some more help could have been made. Disappointing service to say the least.
Great service wirh regular updates, got my console repaired within 6 days. I thought the price was pretty good too. I've already reccomended the to a friend' Many thanks for a 5***** service
Sent my sons PlayStation Monday am, received updates at every point of them fixing the console by Thursday it was done paid Friday received it back by 12pm Saturday. so impressed with the service they even cleaned the console. Will definitely use again. Quick easy no hassle
