My package never came. I waited weeks for a Wacom Cintiq EK-Remote. The image they submitted upon reporting it delivered did not resemble the inside of my mailbox or my doorstep. I reported the package LX032415640NL as missing and they did nothing to help. I'm pretty sure their customer support is ran by AI and I'll probably never get to talk to a real human with any real solution to my problem. They're lucky they're not bound by the BBB otherwise i'dve reported them over there too. Now to contact the FTC about getting a refund. I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!
