Review Time
I had a very frustrating experience with this store.
First, I purchased a Death Trooper helmet for 900 DKK. Immediately after completing my purchase, the price dropped to 785 DKK. I contacted customer support about this, but my messages were either ignored or answered without addressing the issue at all. It felt like they weren’t actually reading what I wrote.
On top of that, I paid 58 DKK for shipping with a clearly stated delivery time of 2–3 business days, and my order specifically said it would arrive Thursday or Friday. However, I later received a message saying the package would now arrive Tuesday the following week. That is not what I paid for.
The communication throughout the process has been extremely confusing. The website was in Danish, emails were a mix of English and Spanish, and the shipping tracking page was in Spanish with no working option to change the language. This made it very difficult to understand what was actually going on with my order.
Overall, this feels like a poorly managed system with inconsistent communication and unhelpful customer support. I expected much better from a company like this.
I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, because this experience has been disappointing.

Site tried to change my over £300 for shipping, and equivalent order I received last year from another supplier cost me less than $15.Tried to contact their customer service but could not get through to anyone due to a completely useless AI agent.Recommend you avoid. If it is this bad trying to place an order, I dread to think how bad this site is if things go wrong.
