I have purchased a brand new Delonghi espresso machine but it was defective, no hot water is delivered from the boiler’s outlet so I requested to get exchanged or any solutions to fix this. They said I need to wait for 5-7 days and after 5 days I got an email that my return request has closed and have been told that I need to contact manufacturers service center using my warranty. Use my warranty for the new item even though I got a defective item?? I should’ve not purchased via this website not reliable and wasted my 200 bucks and the shipping fee of 45 dollars. Be aware that they ate shipping from Spain and it will be very hard to return or get refunds.Very disappointed.
