Review on Techinn website about kettleWe requested the cream Adler AD 1283 kettle 1L.A capuchino color kettle arrived. Model no Adler AD 1283C.This was a deeper coffee coloured kettle so Color was wrong and we raised the issue complete with photos of online kettle and different model numbers online versus actual kettle delivered. Therefore we requested to return the item as my wife was disappointed as it didn’t match the sites advertised cream color. Techinn offered a partial refund if we keep the wrong coloured kettle or return the kettle for full refund. We opted to return the kettle as it doesn’t fit the kitchen color scheme.Techinn then sent a further message stating the color of the kettle was actually cream and matched the advertised color on their website. Maybe we should change our pc display settings? They reiterated the offer of €8 should be taken or we could return the kettle at our own expense.We took the partial refund offer as we are of the opinion that there is no further point in dealing with this company any longer.We do a lot of business on- line and we were glad that we were only dealing with Techinn for a small priced item as it gave us a very good insight into their poor customer service. We won’t purchase any further items from them again.The capuchino kettle will go to a charity shop. :)Christopher
