Terrible experience with this company!The HP printer arrived with a broken glass screen, after nine messages and emails l was offered a €15 refund which was paid into my bank account one day and then taken back out of my account the following day.The printer was obviously damaged when it was sent out to me as there was no damage to the outside of the packaging delivered to me by the courier.Also the company are based in Spain which is not obvious until you receive the tracking information.Lost all of my money!
