I’ve been waiting to receive my parcel for a month now.Client support doesn’t answering after several tries of contact in which each time there were giving me vague and diffident answers with no solution.Edit after answer: There’s no option for cancelation only for return but I can’t do that cause I haven’t received my order yet. Purchase made in Dezember of 2025 now it’s February 2026. No solution was showed to me. They promised 15-20 days to resolve the issue but now they aren’t answering email’s. Crooks, criminals, don’t buy from rhem!Now TechInn is saying that their shipping partner says that my parcel was delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.
