After 2 weeks and my order sitting at processing I emailed for an update. I got an automated responses telling me to keep waiting, at around 12 working days and after me telling them I would complain to my bank I got a tracking number. It never arrived and at around 20 working days I got an email from titb uk (a gmail account) telling me that my item was lost in the post. The next day I got an email from the official titb email address telling me the same in response to the email I sent 2 weeks previously. I still have no earphones from titb but I did get my money back from the bank. Please for your own sanity avoid this organisation.
