I had my phone's battery and back repaired at the store, but I wasn't informed about any warranty. I got it fixed on June 30th, and by October, my battery was completely dead; the phone wouldn’t turn on unless plugged in. I had to keep it charging constantly, and the battery health dropped to 88% in just a few months. Frustrated, I went elsewhere to complain and get a new battery. They told me the warranty on a battery is only 3 months, which shows their lack of confidence in their products and service. Three months is hardly sufficient, and my battery began having issues in the fourth month. The service is disappointing; I regret my choice and ended up worse off.
