I got it fixed on June 30th, and by October, my battery was completely dead; the phone wouldn’t turn on unless plugged in. I had to keep it charging constantly, and the battery health dropped to 88% in just a few months. Frustrated, I went elsewhere to complain and get a new battery. They told me the warranty on a battery is only 3 months, which reflects their lack of confidence in their products and service. Three months is hardly sufficient, and my battery began having issues in the fourth month. The service is disappointing; I regret my choice and ended up worse off.

I ordered a replacement screen after my original was damaged. The screen I received seemed to be of low quality, with poor colors, uneven brightness, and inconsistent touch response. After the repair, I received a notification indicating the screen had been installed incorrectly. When I approached the staff, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, simply advising me to 'just move on.' Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality of the product.
